Highlight and Matters arising from Episode 149 of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme.

The Episode 149 of the SERVICOM help desk Radio programme held on the 12th of OCT 2021, the National Coordinator, Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli  and  Mr Tony  Ochelebe  of  the Public Awareness Unit where in the studio to enlighten the Public on service delivery matters

The NC appreciated various MDA’s even as they celebrate their customer service week and the Ordinary President for the partnership. She spoke on the ‘’Importance Customer Service’’ and said we do Government business from Government office, we  should  therefore treat them Professionally  and with sensitivity.

In these season of Customer Service week, when you don’t get customers, it’s a warning sign that your services are not good enough, the NC said. We appreciate as many that have gone the extra mile in delivering services and making customers getting value for their money. She added that stakeholders should be patiently attended to with respect, friendliness since some of the come in with much pains and these will reduce the burden they came in with.

Trainings are organised for officers and the essence is to add value and become better in what they do, the NC said. We have a SERVICOM  INSTITUTE  that train officers in different capacity and when they come, we training them according to the service delivery needs of their organisation.

The Episode 148 of the SERVICOM help desk Radio programme held on the 5th of OCT 2021, the National Coordinator, Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli, Public Awareness Manager, Mrs Henrietta Okokon and  Mr Tony  Ochelebe of  the Public Awareness Unit where in the studio to enlighten the Public on service delivery matters.

However, Due to pressing issues in the Studio, they were not opportuned to enlighten the public.

Highlight and Matters arising from Episode 147 of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme

The Episode 147 of the SERVICOM help desk Radio programme held on the 28th of September 2021, the National Coordinator, Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli  and Mr Tony  Ochelebe of  the Public Awareness Unit where in the studio to enlighten the Public on service delivery matters. The NC advised the Public Relations Officer of Nigeria Immigrations Service to intervene the Complaint of Nigerians in various Embassies across the World on getting  their  Passports/VISA  and  issues of  UnReceipted  payment because Nigerians are suffering there.

She  further  promised to engage with PTAD on the complaint of a Police officer and other issues bordering on service failure from PTAD.

Highlight and Matters arising from Episode 146 of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme

The Episode 146 of the SERVICOM help desk Radio programme held on the 21st of September 2021, the National Coordinator, Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli  and  the Public Awareness Manager Mrs Henrietta Okokon where in the studio to enlighten the Public on service delivery matters. The NC spoke on the topic ‘’Feed Backs’’ and said Government establish Agencies to render services, they should therefore listen to them for Feedbacks as this is important to help the service providers know if they are doing well or not.

She stated that one of the benefits of Feedbacks is that, it increases sensitivity of service givers, hold people more accountable and help to measure Customers satisfaction. Customers should therefore not work away but speak out and make suggestions when services fail and if the concerned MDA listens, there will be service improvement in that MDA.

The Public Awareness Manager gave out the social media handles and phone number of the office for complainants to be able to reach the office in case of service failure.

Highlight and Matters arising from Episode 145 of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme.

The Episode 145 of the SERVICOM help desk Radio programme held on the 14th of September 2021, the National Coordinator Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli  and Mr Tony  Ochelebe of  the Public Awareness Unit were in the Studio to enlighten the Public on service delivery matters.

Based on the issue raised in the studio, the NC advised those maltreating Children under their custody to desist from doing so because the Universe is watching. There was however no much time to speak on service delivery issues from SERVICOM Office.
