What we do
Our mission is to improve public services by promoting training on customer – focused service delivery for public servants and representatives of user groups. Since its establishment at the end of 2006, the institute has reached over 11,000 public servants through training workshops and awareness raising networking seminars across Nigeria, in support of SERVICOM’s work with Ministerial SERVICOM Units (MSUs) and the implementation of pilot service delivery improvement projects.
SERVICOM institute is highly committed to taking its delivery of training to the next level, to this end we are in partnership with Public and Private Sector training outfits in Nigeria and overseas to further enhance our scope and raise our standards. As such we are pleased to offer a selection of nine core programmes for this year, most importantly our suite of programmes are designed to foster a commitment for lasting positive attitudinal change in every individual who attends any of our workshops.
SERVICOM Institute has trained and built the capacity of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-Six (13, 276,000) participants from various MDAs on the Culture of Service Excellence since inception
At SERVICOM institute we always endeavour to ensure that our development solutions through training and research reflects the ever changing needs of the organisations we work with. In order to have a greater impact to meeting specific organisational capacity building needs the institute is offering a number of customized training programmes which are available on request to all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)
