Akinbodewa Ngozi Jessinta (Head of Operations)

Mrs. Akinbodewa Ngozi Jessinta is currently the Head of Operations in the SERVICOM Office, Presidency, and Abuja. Prior to her present appointment she was a Team Leader in the Operations Unit of the Office where she worked as a service delivery consultant to Ministries Departments and Agencies s within her purview.  She had worked in different capacities in the private sector within Nigeria. She also served as the task compliance Officer of the SERVICOM Management Think- Tank Group in 2018

She is currently a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consulting, a certified management trainer by CMD and an Executive Alumni of the pioneer Cohort of the Public Leadership Programme by the Blatvanik School of Government, Oxford University UK. She is a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead implementer

She is  a graduate of  Management  Science  from the University of Jos, Plateau State. She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration Programme from the National Open University of Nigeria

She is the Head of the procurement technical evaluation Committee because of her immense  skill and understanding of the procurement Act 2007 having passed the conversion training to the Procurement Cadre by BPP.

She is an Affiliate member of the Institute of Business Consulting UK and  an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). She  is happily married with children.
