Mrs Helen Lawal is the Head of Admin. She is a graduate of English from the University of Jos (1991). She also has a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos (1998). She has attended several Management trainings and is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She had worked in different capacities in the private sector within Nigeria before joining the Federal Civil Service in 2002 as an Administrative Officer I with the National Identity Management Commission. Prior to her posting to SERVICOM, She had also worked in the Federal Ministries of Education and Police Affairs respectively. She is happily married with children.
