Ladi Daniella Aku graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1995 with a BSc Business Administration (Second Class Upper) and in 1998 with an MBA from the same University. She is currently running a Research based PhD in Public Administration at the University of Fort Hare, East London – South Africa.
Mrs Aku joined the Private Sector in 1996 immediately after her National Youth Service year where she served at the Business Department of the University of Ilorin. She worked as the Administrative Head of a chain of Stores, McArsh Nigeria Ltd then moved to the Banking Sector from 2001 to 2006 as the Customer Service Manager and subsequently Central Bank Clearing Representative of former Broad Bank Nigeria Ltd. She crossed over to the Public Sector in February, 2006 when she started work with the SERVICOM Office.
She is currently one of the four operational Team Leads in the SERVICOM office and her Team supervises Service Delivery activities of 21 Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government including Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence, Office of the Accountant General of the Federation, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Central Bank of Nigeria etc.
Mrs Aku is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (2003) and Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, UK (2007). She also holds a Certification from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) (2013), Procurement Certification (2014) and has attended the Basic (2016) and Advanced MANDEV (2017) Training Certification from the Centre for Management Development (CMD).
She has won various awards such as most punctual staff in the Area 10 branch of former Broad Bank (2003), overall best staff in the SERVICOM Office (2008) etc. Mrs Aku is married with three Children.
